Perfect experience for how to deal with clients

Am a representative and assistant admit/clerk, we work 8 hours a day. My relationship with my Co worker is very good because most of our clients are people who receives social grant. I have learned a lot from this company E. G I can now explain transactions, issuing loans, e mailing queries and so much more. I mostly like to help pansioners at the ATM go get their money. The challenging part of my job is when our clients change our card and come back to us to ask for their money while they no longer using our cards.

Pros: Great opportunity to issue loans
Cons: Long working hours only if we have to many clients
