I have been in the call centre industry for many years and I have learnt alot in this field

The call centre industry has taught me alot about having a thick skin . Have dealt with various client personalities. Have learnt that the customer is always right and that the customer is the most essential person for the business. I am a very flexible employee, easily trained and very adaptable. Always willing to learn new ideas and contribute my experience. I am a team player and i get along with majority of my colleagues. I am a peoples person. I am the go to person. I enjoy working under pressure and i hate routines .I am computer literate excellent Ms word,Excel, Outlook. I'm not afraid to take up new challenges .

Pros: The pros of working for this company is the friendly co-workers. The salary is good as there is also overtime money excluding the monthly salary.
Cons: There are no employee benefits. No opportunities for growth.

Excellent learning curve

Net1 Applied Technologies is a very good company with a good employer, as i'm doing an internship here my team member always help me when i come across something don't understand, sometimes when they test something they call me and do that testing with me. i have learn a lot of things here such as how to work with a team also as an individual, and what does the software tester do, what is testing, the importance of tester in an organization, what i enjoy the most is doing calls, someone tells me do it something for him, coming with solution for a certain problem, learning new things. the most challenging aspects of the job is doing something that is new to you, and when learning something you don't always go for help, you have to think first try to apply you knowledge before calling for help

Pros: gaining experience because that's what i need right now

Excellent learning experience

My current company is well managed and they are always expanding. I gained a lot of experience in all levels with them to help me stand on my feet and be strong enough to move on.

Excellent work ethics

- typical day at work is to create orders and source for the day to day running of the business -most challenging aspect is the fast paced lifestyle at the company which i enjoy - i learnt negotiation skills and communication skills - relationship with co workers is excellent

Gained a great amount of experience

My current position allows for knowledge in the HR and Payroll field as I currently assist +-600 employees in both fields. Having a good working relationship in this field is essential. I have had the opportunity to communicate on all levels and have had the opportunity to use my knowledge gained from my degree and incorporate it in my day to day job. I have a passion for Human Resources. The most challenging aspect are the long working hours.

Excellent communication and trust. willing to help expand the company with great team work

For the past nine years I have grown and worked in a well-known IT company and have expanded in the accounting field. I have become a respected supervisor to my team and gained their utmost respect and confidence. Excellent communication skills with people and believe in respect, both over the phone and face to face Work steadfast towards a deadline Trustworthy in handling cash/ payment transactions Self-driving and willing to except new challenges in my path Excellent managerial skills Time driving and orientated to work flow I feel I can comfortably fit into the organisation and grow with it.

Excellent Skills Development Curve

Conducting Payment Operations. Overlooking the payment process. Basic IT skills, operating a mobile ATM Machine and maintenance. Driving, sales, interaction with clients.

Pros: I have worked successfully in two Industries
Cons: Lack of Support from the employer
