Great learning experience in both telecommunications and in the automotive industry

Hours were told to be from 8:30am to 17:00pm but a typical working day starts as soon as you arrive at work until ALL your work has been done, as per managers request (I left as late as 20:00pm one evening, receiving NO overtime). I had a very good relationship with my co-workers, we worked well together and helping each other wherever we can. I have learnt a great deal of patience in term of dealing with rude customers. I learnt how to log diaries, telecommunication, capturing, working independently and in a team, following protocol exactly and also about cars and to an extent about Insurance. I enjoyed the atmosphere of workers in the field and office. The most challenging part of the job, in the beginning, was having to deal with difficult customers who did not listen to instructions.

Pros: Learning varies aspects which benefits me in terms of gaining experience to do other jobs
Cons: working long hours and not being paid overtime, being lied to in the interview.

Great experience

Good day Hope you are well. Please consider my application as I feel I meet the requirements and can handle juggling things as my current job entails just that. I am a confident, energetic young lady who enjoys challenges. I have been in all departments of my company which include calling of clients to book assessments on their vehicle, data capturing, queries and asneering phones. Passionate

Hard working environment, skilled manage, work ethic is important, net assess is the largest independent assessing company is south africa. ment, , we worked with some major insurance companies on a large scale.

Pros: I have learnt alot while working for this company, there is something that I learnt everyday. There was always someone willing to help and give their point of view and advise.
Cons: Working hours would depend on how busy it was. Sometimes you would need to get in at 5am to do costings and additionals due to an over flow, you would then also sometimes leave at 8 or 9pm ensuring that your work is up to date, a normal working day would be from 6 am till 6pm

Learning opportunities

Administration duties: busy switch board, busy clientele basis, making appointments, capturing quotes. Fun and exciting environment, friendly staff. I've learnt that if you work together as a team you can get a lot more work done, come up with new ideas to make things easier for different people.

Cons: Being moved withough prior notice, long hours
