Gain experience

It's has been a good way to gain experience and learn more about administration. I work as a branch admin my normal work day starts at 6:30 I receive the CIT and fidelity guards I send through all daily reports for the day to head office I ensure the office is clean and in order for when clients arrive.I attend to the ATM's and assist clients with payments. I assist clients with their grant queries and insurance claims.I ensure all staff stationery and machines are in good working order and registers are kept up to date

Pros: In the past year I have has the opportunity of being promoted twice
Cons: The short coming in the company is we work long hours and remuneration is not sufficient

Excellent learning curve

It was one of the longest employment I had since being Retrenched in February 2019 due to the company being over staffed but in all that it was a nice place to work at team work was the key on everyday. I have learned a lot about customer service as I was working with clients face to face. The most challenging aspect of the job was reaching targets on a month to month basis as targets were placed ridiculously high and never came down even though the company started to lose clients heavily during my last few months there but all and all I enjoyed it.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain experience in banking and admin
Cons: Doesn't really have room for promotional growth

Learning

My company it was all about selling policies and selling loans to people who recieve social grants only. My job was selling both of them. It was a great job to me because working as consultant at net 1 financial service's has taught me to build my confident and has taught me how the important of customer loyalty is. Working with old people is not easy but it needs a person who have love an patience on your work .the most thing's I was enjoying is when communication when I communicate with them.the challenge was when a client if loans refused to give him or her it became challengebecause of their debts outside.

Excellent

I am hard working person, and a fast learner. I can work under pressure without any complain and I enjoyworking with different people especially my co -workers. I am an open person a and I don't hold grudge against my co-worker.

i like to work to company that i growing more challenging and working in all circumstances. the company that will give me a chance to improve my self like learning or giveng me an opportunity to study ,to work fro a company that has a challenging work . company that will allow me to explore and assist every where as long as is good for a company and its good for me
