"Sagacious,Unique and Dynamic"
Working at Nestle has been the most amazing experience. They have not only empowered me educationally but they have an continuous learning and development programmes.I manage all business units and there is a lot of administration entailed and this sometimes is a bit challenging but I enjoy the admin . I have a brilliant relationship with my co-workers but I possess very good people skills. I enjoy interacting with my operational teams to ensure that there is flawless execution. . I strongly believe that the customer focus is key to the success of any organisation and if you have a good relationships and maintain them well , the sky is the limit and you can achieve almost anything you need for the organisation.
Pros: There are great opprotunities for promotion but not in the division that suits me.
Cons: There are great opportunities within the company but not where I see myslef going because of the fact that we have many senior managers that are here to retire therefore limiting growth for others.

Being part of Nestle has been an amazing opportunity and learning experience
A typical work day for me is, i get to work early to run my reports, this gives me an indication as to where we are in terms of sales, whats will be delivered that very day as well as future orders. This paints a great picture for me as i will know if i will make my target or not. Over the years I have built up a great relationship with co-workers as we would share ideas for activities and plans, share knowledge and key learnings from campaigns and activities. I enjoy most the interaction with our sales and marketing teams driving them for sales and customer (Retail partners) and consumer activities to drive sales and brand awareness and trial. There will always be challenges, if there weren't any any would be able to do what we do.
Pros: Being a hard worker and delivering on your objectives and targets has its benefits.
Cons: You reap what you put in, if your willing to put in the effort and time you will reap the reward, recognition and benefits

I like challenges
i say nothing difficult as long as you prepared to work under pressure .i remember one of my colleagues was absent for the whole week so a manage to control the whole shift alone without any disturbance because of a good team that understanding what they are doing
Pros: i challenge other departments to gain more knowledge
Cons: when we have more orders we manage to extending hours

Good communication skills, good work ethic and understanding of engineering principles
Company is good but needs to be be better managed. The problem is they don’t not engage the people on ground level and still have some sort of racism going on. It is bad more especially for a young engineer who is not exposed a work environment before

I n myi was a hard worker.Every one from top management to the employees there was very impressed about my job.I was going extra mile cause I was loving my job.Production order I was relise them on Sunday night before 12h00night for the following week job.

Excellent Exposure
I have learned different tasks and its really a great exposure for me since i was allocated different task on a daily basis and reviews. The team I work with is very welcoming and encourages a pleasant working environment.

I'm currently working in the technical store where I supply equipment for the department to run
The work that I put in so that the lines does not come to a stand still and the company does lose making money has been a real responsible role and it comes with great experience and preasure but I have mastered it so far and that's why I'm looking for a new challenge in my career going forward at

Well introduction to infant food safety, processing, compliance and high speed packing.
It's a warm environment with objective in growing future babies with basis growing requirements. Great engagement towards product quality, delivery and customer expectations. Employees contribution is important to achieve overall operational performance.
