Iwork in an insurance company ,i an admin side .i do audinting on work that was captured by data captures and do certificate ,upload and amend premiums of policies, allocate documents to data captured and do reports for work startes ,i also help portfolio manages with the schedule,amend any arror in policies for cliams .caculate the total amount that we will reserve on policies that need to be debited on uploads folder for different debit dates.do queries from working in clients eg requested certificate or easypay cards. Me and i co-workers we do work good together becouse eash job distribtion needs you to have a good comunication skells .i have learned to wor fast, to focass on eash document and i love working on excell ,my challenging aspects is not growing in the company ,i am an ambitious person .

Understaffed

We are understaffed and it makes us not attain our targets. Member are leaving the company yet there are no r. There is potential to improve so much in the business but people do not want to grab the opportunities at hand then we end up doing things manually which is time consuming eplacements e a small company
