Hard worker ,good communication skills, team building

I have an excellent communication relationship with my co-workers. I can also work under pressure because where I am currently working, I achieved so much. I was a picker and packer and later promoted to an invoice cleck through hard work. I also supervise on the working equipment if they are suitably placed .On busy days we Invoice a number of more than 300 - 400 picking slips .I am also good at working in a team. I'm not a fassy parson, I'm not a talkative person but I can if it is necessary. I enjoy working with everybody.

Pros: To grow with the company
Cons: Poor working conditions

Excelled in current position

Working at nespresso is a delight. Waking up everyday feeling you have a purpose is what I do. We have a direct customer relationship and the staff have been well groomed into an excellent team.I enjoy the brand of which I belong to, I don't only work but love the job i do as an assistant manager and coffee specialist.I have climbed from a coffee specialist to store manager in over 2 years but now currently an assistant manager in our new branch. Most challenging is keeping up with world trades as that what our customers look forward to at the nespresso store.

Pros: Excellent opportunity to grow
Cons: Long working hours

Great field to learn how to be proffessional

What I really enjoyed was interacting with different people through out the day.some clients more polite than others.one thing I never do is let any clients ruin or spoil my day or take it out on my co-workers or even change my bubbly energetic kind behaviour towards other clients. The most interesting part is meeting different kinds people because through out doingvthe sale majority have interesting stories to tell when they feel comfortable enough or when you have been more approachable and kind towards them. The most challenging would be a client having a bad day n taking it out on you but in the situation apology is key and remaining calm through out assisting them.

Pros: Learning how to behave and speak to clients in a professional manner
Cons: Standing all day and not finishing your lunch hour

Learning curve

Receive a order in a team of 2 pick the order pack then invoice it and dispatch. As for the manager had favoritism staff which he had. The team that i was working with hard workers but they didn't get along. Nothing had changed from my previous employer the same but they where more professional and they working standards where safer. Coming back home None

Pros: no growth lack of opportunities
Cons: discouraged from management

Great opportunity

It was a great opportunity as I have learnt how to conduct myself in a professional manner. I worked with different people from all over the world. Therefore I had to be professional. I had to have some foreign language i information make sure my coffee knowledge and coffee machine knowledge was up to a great standard. Nespresso is an international brand , therefore we would have anonymous shoppers that would review us every month. It was a great working experience as I have learnt communication and how to conduct myself in a professional manner while working with a huge brand you have to conduct yourself as a brand also.

Pros: It gave me great experience whilst I was working as a student. The job also thought me to multi task
Cons: I had to know how to greet in foreign languages to make the customer welcomed

Not applicable

Long hours, too much work, impossible to plan your day. Undermined department. Micro managed Views from employees don't mean anything. Cannot fall I'll as an employee not in management position.

Pros: No growth
Cons: Abnormal hours for the department, work like slaves, micro managed. Whatever the boss says it goes.

355

I had no problems with my colliges, we were like family. I have gained a lot of experience from Nesspresso and thanks to them because with out them I would not have this much experience that I have to them. what I loved the most is when we had Christmas parties because we get to know each other better. there was a point where I had to be changed and work at the worehouse I had defficulties that side. I had to do invoicing and that was the most challenging position

Pros: i gained a lot of expirience
Cons: 8 hours
