at firts it was a bit challegimg working with a different programme without a mentor,until I had a positive attitude that I can do it.It took me about 5 months to understand what was going on.but am greatfull for the opportunity. Christian relationship conqure all I feel like am at home,the relationship its just perfect my boss is one kind person I ever meet.we belive in God that all that is impossible with the man is possible with God,looking back at how i got the offer and him and his wife being patient with me to get my feet was just something some companies would not do. I have learnt that only positive thinking can determine your commitment and how much your goal is in a price I enjoy testing samples and designing good drawings with quality,it motivate me is to work o your own without guidance

Good

working hours are flexible,the work that is done here its very interesting and new everytime.relationship with my collegues is brilliant will come back over and over agan.I have obtained skills in working with LAPA nd house plans.I enjoy testing samples and creating structures.It when have to learn programe by myself and be my own boss with out a mentor

Pros: challenging opportunity
Cons: long hours
