Learning curve.

Nerpo has been a learning curve especially for a young professional like me who was from school and seeking an opportunity. I enjoyed working with the farmers on the ground and also travelling to the diffrent places. The working culture was not that good inside the organisation but generally I enjoyed the work.

Best learning

Nerpo is the best working place that everyone woutdoor to work with.and I enjoy working with myou co-workerror and working as a team with different backgrounds.my relationship with co-workerror is the best and I love working with them they really inspire me.I have learn to do admin work,filling and capturing bank statements,debt collection,creating invoices

Excellent Experience

It was a great opportunity and I have learnt a lot. It felt at home and enjoyed working with all of my colleagues. Please see my attached CV for more information about myself and all the things I have learnt as an individual and employee

Pros: as the company is growing, there are greater chances for promotion
Cons: since we work together as a team, we rarely work overtime or long hours since we are never behind of schedule
