I have a good relationship with my mentor, technical i hav been exposed as much as i can work as individual as well as in a team  To provide maintenance in the line with Neotel Standard  Ensure that all work are completed in line with safety standard  Diagnosis and troubleshooting  To diagnosis and locate make repairs break down on the network and make repairs in the timely manner to ensure service are not lost  Installation and upgrades  Install ,test and maintain equipment so as to keep working order at all time  Communication and feedback  Communicate with customer as when necessary so as to minimize negative customer experience  To log all activities accurately and maintain records that are valid  To actively participate in planning of installation and management of medium project to build own responsibility and that of Neotel  To service and stakeholders

Very challenging

At my current job i have learnt a lot of things i have learnt to be strong as an individual we have to deal with very hard customer but as an an individual you have to keep it together and be calm about each an every situation. It becomes very tough when we have service outage you get a lot of calls that we have to manage and we have a Service Level Agreement that we have to manage and maintain during those times, I enjoy my job we all have a good work relationship and get along very well and the work environment that we are at is very good and the most challenging is having a service outage that we cannot control and having to deal with very difficult customer but at the same time that builds you as an individual and helps you to grow stronger and wiser and learn to control situations

Pros: It helps you grow as an individual and stronger
Cons: Long working hours and changing of shift

Excellent learning curve

During the course of my graduate program, I have learnt the aspects of Business Process Management which provides great knowledge of business analysis and design of workflows and processes within an organization. Business Process Management is the key of transforming how people work and is a way of reconciling the two main foundations of an organization, namely people and processes. Creating proficient processes inevitably motivates people, thereby increasing organizational performance. I also had an opportunity to create drafts of policies (standards) and procedures of the company for updates at corporate level. I am able to create, control and monitor the dashboard of data on Excel, able to work well on my own, take initiative, deliver before set deadlines, and also to relate to people of different levels within the organisation.

Cons: normal working hours: 8am - 5pm

Excellent learning curve

When I first got to the company, I was thrown into the deep end where I had to learn the business as a whole, interact with higher level managers including chiefs. During my progression at company, I have learnt the aspects of Business Process Management which provides great knowledge of business analysis and design of workflows and processes within an organization. Business Process Management is the key of transforming how people work and is a way of reconciling the two main foundations of an organization, namely people and processes. Creating proficient processes inevitably motivates people, thereby increasing organizational performance. I also had an opportunity to create policies (standards) and procedures of the company for updates at corporate level. I enjoy working as a business processor because I learn other aspects of businesses as I engage with all departments.

Experienced and looking for Temp work

My 7 years experience in skills development and talent management should be of interest to you if you are looking for a temp that will hit the ground running for immediate continuity. I am currently in the marketing and communications field and am looking to get back into skills as it is my passion. Excellent learning curve

My name is Andrew Rafuma. I have ample experience in the call centre environment doing sales and customer service for some of the country's major enterprises enclosed in my resume. I have a driver's license code 10/C1 and own transport, willing to work any shift. I’m currently looking for a position where I will exercise my experience and skills to grow my work experience and the company's client base whilst assisting others. I have worked and being fully trained by some of the country's great organizations as an inbound call centre agent in a very high pressured environment. I have also gained ample experience from my previous employers and clients that i have dealt with in my work. I believe i have all the qualities required for this position and am willing to take it up with both hands and give it my out-most dedication and performance.

I'm faced with new Upgraded Products and I have to convince the Client for Upgrades / Renewals. There's close to 120 Services that we Sell and Ihave to understand the pros & coins of what I'm selling.
