I have gained valuable experience dealing with over 400 projects monthly

-On a typical work day i get into the office,run the capital works in progress account. -Establish what new projects have been completed and allocate these to the team for capitalization. -Capitalization of projects across several asset categories. -Monitoring of aging bucket of projects that should have been completed but are still sitting in CWIP,and escalating these to ensure capitalization. -Project accounting -Fixed asset reporting -Variance reporting between budgeted and actual expenditure. -Site visits for verification before audit.

Pros: there is not much opportunity internally
Cons: there are fairly flexible working hours for example one may start work at 7am and leave at 4pm
