Very busy environment Lots of queries Big volumes of processing. Good relationship with co-workers. Challenge is dealing with difficult customers. I have learnt to record everything to keep track of all the documents.

Excellent Building blocks to my future

Day starts in Despatch whereby the products returned the previous day are evaluated for actual cause and determine if the return was warranted. Credits will need to be passed and corresponding Non conformance's raised for each return. All SPC results will need to be verified with samples made available. Daily COC generation. Internal process audits are done daily to evaluate if procedures and processes are being followed. i have a good working relationship with co workers. My department consists of 22 employees. If there are any leave/absenteeism issues that gets dealt with daily. Customer visits regarding non conforming products. Supplier Service Level meetings to rate raw material and service suppliers. The most challenging aspect is having to deal with non conforming product tactfully so as to sustain the business relationship with customers

i am an qualified Electrician with Wiremans. we are doing maintenance at hospitals we are doing lights , Plugs, new installations, fault findings ....i am working as a team superviser . i enjoy working with the team and being responsible

I have a good relationship with the Union shop-steward and this makes negotiations easier .

I I am able to identify competence and capabilities aligned to Business and operational needs and transformation requirements. Engage pro-actively with Resourcing to Identify and utilise proactive resourcing solutions (pipelines, scarcity of skills acquisition) to acquires these skills. Upskill line managers in terms of attraction, recruitment & selection practices, policies and processes. A lot of process and system development

A lot of analysis of data to help with decision making for demand and supply for 1 month to 12 months. Planning of production over 24 hrs to 2 weeks. Finding solutions to service customers.

Flexible Dependable Good working with a group Working within an ever changing environment, different daily tasks. Month end and Weekly team performance review. Always willing to go the extra mile for the customers. Long hours even on weekends at times.
