Company doesnt support growth

upon entry in the company I was a quality assurance trainee my job entailed doing hourly quality checks on paper ,starch and ink before and after printing ,raising non conformance analysis ,issung of certificate on conformance ,attending internal quality meeting ,doing product mock recall and hosting customer audits

Pros: great place to start working
Cons: no opportunity to grow

My day begins with me reporting to the production supervisor,to get feedback from previous shifts .
