Excellent learning curve

Pharmaceutical has taught me how to learn quicker, adapting to unknown work experience, i have learned versatility, learning new duties as each day comes, learned to work under pressure, learning, 2016 has taught me supervisory skills, patience, challenges& maturity within my position as i needed to teach a newly appointed junior basic regulatory work.. I'm 2 years in the company & i learned every day is a new day to expand your knowledge in the working environment. Challenges - tracking old info of medical records approved, still pending or not approved with medicines council - which documents are to be superseded Work days - work days differ, 1st & last weeks of the month are usually the busiest, with 8 hours working non stop What i enjoy - procedure of compiling medical dossiers - compiling release documents - procedure of recieve medical samples, sending to lab & prepared for release

Pros: Company size less than 5 employees
Cons: Long standing hours, less opportunity for growth
