Will help me a lot with working for an IT company because I am still new at this
I am an End user lecturer and a lab assistant on the side. My day is really exciting i love working and helping my students with Computer literacy. I am a mom so I always encourage my students to try their best and if they need help with anything i will always arrange a meeting suitable for them so that I can assist them. I am very respectful and helpful I would usually ask my boss if she needs help with anything because i really want to learn. Becoming a lecturer helped me Boost my confidence, I thought i could never become one because I am very shy and I proved to myself that anything is possible. Regards Naseera

Good start to get an experience
I was working from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. There was not too much pressure I was able to schedule when am I going to start doing work for the project. As Lab require one to plan the time correctly as everything is done with time. I had a good relationship with my co workers and my supervisor. I was doing everything I asked on time. I enjoyed doing my work as I had a passion for it and love doing it.
Pros: I was able to learn lot of things in a short peripd of time
Cons: i didn't have an opportunity to geoq as it was a contract

I learned that dealing with student masters is not easy as it seems.
It is very challenging because you deal with different student issues on a daily basis and you always have to keep your temper in check sy all times as done students do not approach you in a friendly or tolerable manner. Working with my team is great, they're a great bunch of team workers and never let you drown in your work without asking if you need a helping hand or not.
Pros: You become exposed to a lot of networking opportunities
Cons: You have no working hours, you have to be always there when the students need you

Great foundation for a person who is starting out in their career in PR
NMMU is an education institution that is subdivided into smaller departments and schools. I work in the School of Accounting which has 2 departments within it namely Applied Accounting and Accounting Sciences. In the capacity I work in that is non-academic, I have a big responsibility of having to market the programs that are offered to prospective students at Career expos and on social media, as well as the website. That means knowing academic related information. One must be an all rounder. The organisational culture is quite professional. Jeans and t-shirts are only worn on Fridays. I have had to polish my photography skills as there a re quite a number of events that take place annually. Photoshop has become an essential part of my job as I have to create marketing collateral and edit photographs. I have grown tremendously as I have learned to take initiative and work both independently and in a team. Public Speaking and presentation skills are also essential in performing tasks.
Pros: Great starting point for growth and development.
Cons: No opportunity for promotion.

Good learning experience
Greetings, I'm a bright, talented and ambitious C# Developer with a technical background, Database Administration skills across both Oracle and MS SQL, Who possesses self-discipline and the ability to work with minimum supervision. I love working with friendly colleagues they give me such a freedom at work and the bosses give me my space as a developer to think and come up with solutions that benefits the company.

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day consist of lecturing and consulting. Setting up PowerPoint slides for students and study packs to guide them through the course. Setting up exam papers for external moderation as well as assessments to gain entry to exams. My relationship with cothe workers are minimal as everyone has different routines. I enjoy teaching mostly, the challenges I face is that contract staff and not well looked after in terms if access to resources or temporary office space.

Great working experience
Great work experience I have gained here, we work together as a team of developers. I have a mentor assigned to me who I discuss most of my development with especially on individual projects. Staff here is just great lovely people, we celebrate each others birthdays with the managers and bosses. I have learnt to communicate and understand working with people and our different characters. I enjoy working as a team as we all have something to contribute and it blends in so well to produce something even more greater. Challenging thing about my Job is long hours of analyzing a a problem before attempting to solve it. you can be able to develop something without thoroughly analyzing it. its challenging but worth it those are the joys of being a web developer.

Excellent Learning curve
I have 16 years of experience in the Finance Field, administration support in various sectors i.e. motor vehicle manufactures; legal; nature conservation as well as tertiary institution. My 16 years of experience has brought me to liaising with students; parents; supervisors; managers; and directors of different internal departments as well as external stakeholders with regards to authorization of refunds as well as company policies. These communications are verbal as well as written depending on the nature of the matter that clarity needed to be given. Through this experience I have learnt to multi task, communicate at various levels and to work under my own supervision. I am also an active member of a Christian movement.
