Currently compiling tender documents and safety site file
Running sales and marketing department enjoying working in a team I most enjoy doing tenders because I always make sure they are perfectly done the most challenging things I most face in my current position is tenders because we get different tenders everyday and they all want different things.

Business Development Director
I enjoy working at Neledzi Cleaning Services, as a small medium company, you get to know everybody's capabilities and skills gap etc. I work a normal corporate hours but very flexible depending on the client's needs, I lead a very good and dedicated team (Sales Manager & GM Operations) who reports directly to me. I have a very good working relationship with all my colleagues from bottom up and enjoy being a mentor to all of them. The most challenging aspects of my work is that, I am the last man standing especially when it comes to debtors.

Learning more
I enjoy working with my co-workers relationship is very good between us, I have learned to work as a team and I enjoy it. The challenging aspects of the job is when I didn't perform good where I'm posted and if the client complain about my behavior or lack of work

Excellent learning curve
Company small at head office close relationships are easily formed since we spend all day at the office. Small team in the finance department so u learn from everyone coz we assist n cover for each other. U learn each person job so u grow as an individual. U learn to share .though it get challenging wen u have to do 2 or 3 jobs at once.

The company has groomed me and I have learned so much under it.
I have learnt to build good working relationship and work as a team. I have learnt to interact with internal and external clients as well as employees. I have learnt to work under pressure and meet my deadlines. I have learnt to control the switchboard as expected. I prepare the boardroom if there are any meetings that needs to be held. I take responsibility for stationeries and groceries that are used. I take responsibility for active contract files. I file important company documents. I file employees personal documents. I take responsibility of petty cash.
Pros: I'm a perfectionist in what I do and I work neatly in everything I do.

Excellent learning curve
I work 7-4pm,its a good working environment ,I work well with others and I always thrive for new challenges. I work well with others especially cleaners as I always engage with them in terms of their queries and when given an issue I solve it without fail, Throughout the years since I worked here I decided to study payroll administration with sage so I can be able to grow more in career prospects. I enjoy when I manage to pay people on time and resolving all their payroll and HR related queries.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth
