_I count myself truly blessed to work for such company, never took it for granted. Much growth took place carrier wise from being managing my sub-ordinates to oversee thé entire branch sales, it's functioning whilst as my manager's standin. Making sure l get results through others and getting along Very well with m'y team. Some challenges that will force me drop everything To intervine and assist à dissatisfied client that being assisted by one of my collègue until problem solved mostly seeing m'y client walk away happy and content, makes me fulfilled. Multi tasking, prioritise is what I have learned most also recognise time for sense of agency.

Dynamic environment Life cycle management Constant learning Process and product enhancement Company is a large corporate with multiple roles and opportunities within the business. During COVID lockdown level 5 we were paid full salaries and never felt disappointed or disadvantaged by the business

Pros: Great learning environment, project management
Cons: Extremely long hours and always immediate response times
