Excellent learning opportunity

I starts my day with reading emails and how many cases rejected in the system. I then organise my work and time. I love communicating with my team and assisting them. I did not have any knowledge of the investment industry, however today I have learned much on the various investment products, legislation and being more financially smart. I enjoy assisting financial planners with their challenges & queries, I enjoy learning more about investing and working with people/team. The most challenging aspect of my job is to balance assiting financial planners telephonically and at the same time ensuring that all financial instructions are resolved before cut off
