Working at the company , I have a lot and have gained a lot of confidence. Being able to socialise with people and at the same time working as a team. What I enjoy most is activities that we have as a company like going to team buildings and getting to know each better.

Pros: Dedication and being able to work under pressure
Cons: Working long hours during month end

I am a Team leader leading a team of 9 staff members. Working together to reduce to arrears.

I work in a pressurized environment where no 2 days are the same. working with the team to be successful. There is no growth here and I am looking for a new opportunity.

Pros: Flexiable environment
Cons: Working over weekends
