Good communication, customer treatment, been proffesional

1. its fun and lovely working for MFC a division of Nedbank ltd 2. the relationship is good because they are friendly, free spirit people and supportive 3. how to work with different people and how to work with client and communication with client and colleagues 4.life style and management style and challenges that come with the job and getting to learn new things now and then 5. get to work with customers that are swearing and rude but customers is always right and we have to maintain good relationship with them

Pros: promotions is possible especially when you working hard
Cons: working normal hours only month end working late

High paced, Target driven, Quick turn around times

Nothing much to say about the company, great starting point but there is no growth of you want to move departments . Would highly recommend if your are desperate for a job

I learn a lot with banking industry

It was wonderful to work with my staff because i had different types characters. Which make you understand that we all unique in our on way. I also had good relationship with other managers from other departments . I learn a lot especially different cultures and we all respect each others culture and positions.

Pros: You like to be given an opportunity .
Cons: Normal working hours 8 to 4:30

We get to learn how to work with different types and characters of people

we work as a family and team of young and vibrant individuals. we work with lot of different people and you must know how to make clients happy and how to gain their trust and loyalty on a daily basis. I have learnt how to speak and communicate with internal and external people in a proper way and time management and I enjoy working with difficult clients because they keep me on my toes and they inspire me to work smart and effective. I don't get much challenged because I have been In he company for long so I know lot of things

Pros: you can grow within the company in four stages of the business
Cons: working long hours is a norm to me i have been doing it for years now
