Challenging job but a lot to learn

Interesting sector of card and payments, payment solutions offered to merchants The day changes, no routine. High expectation of performance. Very performance driven Enjoy the job I do. Reporting to RM can be challenging and I communicate with all stakeholders from internal, external. Booking of travel and accommodation can be challenging, finding ways to cut costs across the office by managing stationery orders, arranging cheaper options of travelling, etc. Because my job is not routine performance measurement can be difficult as sometimes the things I do cannot be evaluated by numbers or figures. High demand of spontaneity, have to be full of energy, always pleasant and always willing to help everyone as the whole office is dependent on me.

Cons: Requires a lot of energy and high paced environment

Excellent career growth opportunity

- To work at Nedbank is both challenging and exciting. - Hard work required. - Typical day at Nedbank is about making / reaching stats set by yourself which are over the senior managers targets. - Great people to work with - You have another family at the work place. - I have learnt that accountability & transparency is the key. - I enjoy listening to people who made it , their journey and progress, the how part. - Most challenging aspects is reaching your goal set daily.

Pros: Always room for growth.
Cons: Policing management whilst at lower level.

My Everyday life

Performing all Front office Clerical Duties , which includes Receiving of all Original Nedbank Business Applications , Vetting of those Originals meaning that they would need to be compared to the Copies that have been faxed through to what we call a Nitro System after the Application has been created,If all is in order and the Documentation has been checked thoroughly and then Vetting Due Diligence is complete The Application is then taken through to the Senior and General Manager for legal signing because on the forms there is a legal section requesting that it be signed by them Once the Application gets returned back , the legal section which has been signed gets uploaded onto our Rhine Server in case the Client requires a copy of the Document which will be available at hand This then Application then gets boxed , Filed and sent off to Metro file,Open to a challenge , im determined to succeed at whatever i do and give 100%

Cons: management do not acknowledge you hard work

Exposure to many things e.g financial statement,different cultures.

I work with financial statements.My co-workers are great and I enjoy working with them there is team spirit.Since I have been doing what I am doing for so long I have ran out of challenges.

Pros: Working environment great.
Cons: I have been doing what I am doing for too long.
