Experience

Having worked at Nedbank since the age of 19, I have learnt to accumulate enough knowledge and skill to attain. Both in personal and work, there has been tremendous growth, as well as a learning curve at each new turn. Despite the working day being a strenuous, yet challenging one at every end of the day there is the satisfaction of having accomplished something for the day. When I started in my current team, I was exposed to a much older group demographic, this meant being able to watch my tongue, and not just say (as a 23 year old would instinctively) but to think also first, this thought me self preservation, and also patience, lots of it. I enjoy most going home at the end of each day with the satisfaction that comes from having accomplished something, I enjoy working with figures / formula's and all doing so whilst remaining diligent and true to my expectancies and outcomes.

Experience

Excellent communication skills were garnered with working in a team mostly dealing with clients and business partners ; clients telephonically as well as written (e-mails ; presentations etc) this allowed for growth in fields I may not have been experienced in. Starting in my current team x7 years ago, I have a team of much older co-workers I was thrown into learning to communicating with the older demographic as well as not being able to just say, but think and re-think before I do. this has thought me much patience. as well as perseverance. I would say the most challenging part of my job is not being able to grow further then where I am except for the managerial role, which I am not much keen to stepping into, it is mostly the key factors which include growth, and also the need to want to explore greater things.
