Excellent innovative environment
My years at this company has been very exciting as the company was going through an IT evolution which was looking at new ways of working to give our clients a great banking experience as well as to attract new business. The New ways of working extended to how we perform our audit work, i.e. Incorporating agile into our audit assignments as well as the use of Robotics for our repetitive admin tasks.
Pros: Great a opportunities to be innovative and bring new ideas
Cons: Red tape in terms of review of work and timeouts issue of audit memos

Great corporate experience
I got to meet a lot of culture in this one space. Typically on a day's time, we prepare rooms for training and assure that there's enough training material for the next training sessions. We worked well together as a team and I learnt the significance of holding hands to walk together. I also learned not to be too uptight personally and that it's better to shout for assistance before ruining the workmanship is a result.
