Love what you do - do what you love

I love working with people, to train and to assist. A normal work day is a day that I have enjoyed and learned from other people, to be an asset to my company and to challenge myself to do good everyday, not only in my life but in those of others to. I get along with most people, those with different views and skills, i want to love my job and the people i work with, surely i believe live is about choices and if you make the wrong one, you will always be in a position to change the bad to the good.

Pros: great oppertunity for grow
Cons: long hours

Great opprortunity for Growth

Nedbank is a great place to work, I feel comfortable in knowing that I am able to attend to personal matters at anytime as long as I am on par with my work. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers and we are able to openly communicate about anything. I have learnt that to get something done, I need to put in the time and effort and with having flexible working hours, it allows be to do just that, and meet deadlines. I have learnt to manage work, by prioritizing, remaining focused and less stressed. I enjoy my current role as a Credit Analyst most, and I am grateful that I was able to achieve my Higher Diploma in Banking through a Nedbank Busary.

Pros: Great opprtunities for learning and growth, flexible working hours.
Cons: Job security.
