Basic computer skills. Work on accounting programme Pastel Sage

A typical day at work starts at 07:30. Checking emails and then start invoicing. I have an excellent relationship with all co-workers. I learnt to work on Sage Pastel and calling clients doing the dept collection. Comunication is a key factor when dealing with customers. I learnt to do supplier orders and send it to suppliers. Also doing stock controle for general office supplies. Reaching deadlines, every time, is the most enjoyable part of my job. The most challenging aspects I have to deal from time to time is unprofessionalism and sometimes unreasonble people.

New experience of doing things

Its been a challenging experience working with this company. There hasn't been any benefits and limited interaction with the management. Salary has been paid in late at times. Payslips are sent out late.

Pros: For me there aren't any pros.
Cons: Sometimes long working hours.
