after nds credit management , i have worked for standard ,vodacom, sars and now at velile tinto attorneys.i do debt collections daily, i call and receive calls to collect on overdue debt.i have more than 7 years of experience working with customers.

Hard worker willing for change and learn more

Working as a colector is amazing interecting with different people with different situation you learn somuch from that.beeng Jin the environment with people from different cultures is so eye opening u learn somuch from each other challenges

No growth

I feel there no growth, the treatment is bad, I am looking for a company were my skills and knowledge will be utilized to grow with the company . Everything changes when they feel like, our salaries are not the same anymore, our loop break str 15min in agronomy of 20 people from our department, we getting warning for something wrong you have done 2 months ago,they don't understand leaves

Pros: No promotions, no team buildings, no Christmas parties, leaves are declined for mo reason
Cons: Long working hours, unreasonable breaks
