Excellent Customer liaison

-A typical work day would include astounding communication with clients via email correspondence,telephone etiquette,attending to bids evaluation and site/briefing meeting as well as handing over of construction site and progress meetings, -Good working relationship with co-workers because of my interpersonal skills -I have learnt to be patient and persevere since we are dealing with improving the service delivery improvement and initiatives with the client department who solely rely on us to maintain the building upkeep -My enjoyment stems from the fact that I did manage to attend to the client issues and my contributions ensured that I have brought changes to where I can especially if its within my area of expertise -The most challenging aspects is when clients could not render the respectives services because us as a custodian department have not provided a service such as for example court cases had to be postopned to a latter date because of service cut off like water and ellectricity

Pros: Great opportunity for learning working along different project leaders such as Property Leasing&payments,Project Construction,State property utilization and administration and Supply chain management practitioners
Cons: Going the extramile in getting job done in and out of the office
