I find the days to be exciting and different

I've been with Ndlovu care group for over two years and have seen many changes along the way. Some for the better some for the worse in my opinion. Overall the company is a great place to work. The environment is young, competitive, and fast paced. Knowledge is excellent and and is growing extremely fast so advancement opportunities look good at the moment. Management is good and will take time to make sure their people succeed. It's nice to be treated like an adult and and a hardworker to a company. The only issue I have at the moment is challenges at times. I guess that's the way it goes in any large company. It would be nice to have some more analytics or data about how quotas are formulated even if it is just a reflection of a large company goal for the quarter. Overall I would recommend this workplace to others.

Good learning curve

Working at ndlovu it was nice I thank ndlovu for giving me the opportunity,because today I know how to treat and understand a patient, I know how to work as an individual an also with a team,what I really like is patient's at ndlovu they trust me to talk about their illness's they are not afraid,an I just thought I a mere receptionist but I am glad that at the end of the day I make patient smile and I am grateful for that.

To grow in the Company and add more value to it.

Having more then 5 years of working in a Clinical Lab experience has made me more productive,dedicated,hard working and eager to learn and do more in the Medical Field. Now being in Medical Research Lab working with Doctors and Scientists has offered me more experience. I love my Job and I enjoy it because it play a huge part in helping others who need medical care.

Nice place to work

Wonderful organisation to work for. Lovely people and enviroment. I have learnt to work with people from a diversity of cultures Working with underprivilaged communities, have learnt to appreciate what I have. Have learnt management skills from supervising the Cleaner, Receptionist and Driver.

Pros: Job fulfilment
Cons: Donor Dependent - No Job security
