Working at the Local Municipality is very interesting if you want to grow.You take charge of your own duties with or without supervision.You work at your pace which is why you must work very hard.Relationship with co workers is very good because they always motive you especially those who have a lot of experience in the working industry.I have learnt that to contribute well to teamwork and become an asset to the company.I enjoyed working in a team and the most challenging aspects of the job was to always meet the expectations and working in an I.T department was challenging because you deal with complaints everyday.

Gain recognition within my field

Typical work day,filing,report writing,copying and invoicing and receiving and handling telephone enquiries. Relationship with co workers in good because we are working as a team.I have learnt that you need to be motivated,friendly and have good interpersonal skills.I enjoy being in an office environment. The challenges are when you have to deal with telephone enquiries.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
