Excellent working learning area

The company I work in is a small company based on valuation projects.Working on these company is very challenging since it inlvoles too many people because I come across working with diffferent communities.I have gained more communication skills and how to solve people querise and working with high integrity and profesionality .The most important thing which interests me working for this company is that I learn new things everyday and progressing each and very day to do my work more accurate.Working with my colleges is much interesting because we always share ideas and since I am a Data clerk it always my responsibility to ask more information that they submit to make sure everything is useful and correct.

Pros: Create opportunity for permanent posotion
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning curve

Ndlala Mass Valuation has been a good stepping stone for my data capturing career. I got to learn the things I couldn't have learned anywhere else but there. Moving from them to Aluvert was even a greater achievement as well preparing me for even much greater standard bank positions. I have grown since then and I am growing now. Every job grows me professionally and I have got so much knowledge and experience now
