I have learnt to take things with urgency and act to solve the problems fast.
Experiencing new things on daily basis about the plant, processes, project and laboratory as whole. monitor and control plant while is running to minimize breakdown, downtime and maintenance issues around the plant. interact with almost every department about the services that we offer internally. i have very good relationship with my colleagues because everyone is my customer at work, so is very important to built good professional relationship with them. i have learnt to be professional when dealing with every individual around work, from dealing with interpersonal issues, problem solving within the plant and to people. To develop the sense of urgency in most issues within the business. i enjoy solving problems within the business process, including plants and technical issues. working under compromised working conditions like safety issues, shortage of equipment.

Loved what was expected from me and interacted well with collegues and customers.
Enjoyed my being at work. Interacted wonderfully with colleagues and customers alike. Learned a lot from all the companies that I worked for. I enjoyed being at work and executing my work related responsibilities with love not even looking at the clock as I would be the first one in the office from as early as 06:00am till the evening without being compensated for the extra time worked.

It is a good company
I was working day shift which starts at 7:00, tea break at 10:00, and lunch at 12:00, we knocked off at 16:00. Working at NCP was good and challenging. The senior employees where helpful. I learnt to work alone and as a team. I gained experience in the working environment and multitasking. I sometimes worked on weekends.
Pros: I was an intern so no promotion was expected

Professional summary
Professional summary I am highly computer literate as my duties involves the usage of SAP and Postel to carry out cash processes as well as the usage of Microsoft Excel, therefore I have advanced knowledge in the above mentioned programs. Moreover, I have great business acumen coupled with good planning and coordinating skills which I believe will help me excel in a logistics supervisory role. Given my background as customer service consultant, I have extensive knowledge in providing excellent customer service offering the highest standard of query resolution while representing the company in a positive professional manner.

Too much politics
As the only female boilermaker in the company and the only female in my team,my coworkers give me a hard time especially because I can do my job as much as they can do theirs.but I don't let them get to me.iv learnt to be strong.i enjoy making things out of steel and see them working.the most challenging aspect of my job is the fact that there are no drawings and at times I can't take measurements on the existing jobs.

I write inhope to secure employment in your complany with promise to become a positive contributor..i woorked at Anglo american olatinum waterval concentrator as maintanance fitter from july 2013 till august 2014......then i left to Bokoni platinum mine also as a fitter responsible for pumpstation,loccos and loaders and compressors.

No growth opportunities
it is a great company to work for, however a change in management in a local branch made employees negative, despondent. There is no career growth no matter how qualified you are. At the moment, i am actively applying for better growth opportunities.
