A good learning opportunity and training

It's an everyday challenge to come up with a way of reducing costs to the company and to implement work ethics I worked well with people and had a great team to lead when I was a team leader. I love working with people and communicating with customers and learning how to read schematic diagram

A good learning opportunity and training

I worked 40hours a week. Build, assemble and wire panels and chassis. I lead a team of 8people, elderly man. I have learnt to communicate better with people and to be effective, stamp authority and to separate business and pleasure I have also learnt to fear less and be more courageous as a woman in a male dominated industry.

A good learning opportunity and training

Normal working hours and good coordination of work and relationship with coworkers. I have been a team leader for about 6months and have learnt to take responsibility and to be able to delegate and how to take charge in this male dominated industry. I had to prove my self to others and to my self that I'm good enough to lead and to be taken seriously and how to communicate with people of different backgrounds, religion, age and gender. It has been an eye opener

It is time for a change

Good day, I am a very hard working person, I believe hard work must be rewarded. If not rewarded or promoted, people will leave and as an employer you would have to look for new people and start all over again. I like to get along with other people, I like to see people succeed. I enjoy communicating with my team. I have learnt that this is key. People like to feel important and know that they are needed. Its important to always treat people with respect, they are the ones make a company a success. Never assume anything, always ask. Always make sure to cover all the basics in everything you do.

A good learning opportunity and training

I was a leader in a team of 6. Work 7 to 5 and overtime when neccesary or asked to. I love wiring and testing boards for the final invoice and the challenge that comes with it.
