Good communication and listening skill

Working at NCCS has been a good experience i have learnt to work with people internal and external . It has good bad and sad days where payments are withdrawn by the client and it is a big amount, being shouted and screamed at by debtors but by the end of the day it's what makes my job also speaking to people who appreciate being helped that's a great feeling remember when am recovering debt not only am i taking money from the debtor but also helping them not to be listed. Sometimes not getting along with the team in the office especially in my office it's dominated by woman currently we have a great manager she attends our queries and try to resolve our problems as soon as possible she enjoys her job and it makes my job easy and comfortable.

Team wordk

good working condition,working as a team and indivisual friendly environment Good working condition, the environment is friendly. Working together as team and individual Monthly saries and no late salary payment Pressure is too in the middle of the month due to multiples calls Iam working as a front desk receptionist receiving client different client daily is enjoyable

Inspired and reliable

I am a hard worker and passionate,i push and never give up.I love learning and open minded,opinionated and humble.I value what i do and love putting myself to a challenge,i can work as a team player and love achievements.Things sometimes may go as unplanned but i am always hopeful.Working at nccs is always challenging but fun and puts me on my toes and teaches everyday to strive for success since i hace to oush my sakes so i can be satisfied with my results.It always feeks good after all the energy lyt it to get a jib well done individually and as a team as well.

Cons: fear of not delivering the goid figures
