NBS Recruitment Reviews

Company not doing well financially

My main focus daily was to secure an average of seven appointments per day selling recruitment and hr services. My secondary focus was to market candidates to companies currently employing. I averaged on between eight and thirteen appointments per day and within less then six months I got promoted to call centre supervisor. I had to on my own start up the call centre which has been extremely successful.

Pros: Opportunity for growth
Cons: No structure

The urgency of work

Extremely busy environment with at least 10 - 12 CV's to be typed. MIE checks - criminal, qualification and credit checks Good working relationship with co-workers - always busy. Prioritize work tasks from urgent to the not so urgent. Learnt the urgency of CV's to be sent to clients in a short space of time. Booking of candidates in for fingerprints was the most challenging

Pros: Nothing
Cons: No promotional prospects
