Excellent working environment full of challenges

You receive applications to join funeral schemes and these have to be validated against scheme rules. Issue out policy schedules. Receive claims and check for whether they meet criteria to pay. If they the process commences. If not decline officially. Relationship. with co workers is excellent. Learnt how to deal with the different kind of clients. Failure to claims within agreed time lines

I am a dedicated, loyal hard worker, willing to go the extra mile

My experience in the employee benefits industry spans more than thirteen years. My responsibilities started out in the NBC Pension Backed Lending Department. I then moved into the Administration Department and have work my way from a junior administrator all the way up until a Team Leader. I also have a couple of months experience in the consulting department were I assisted with taking minutes, attending to Board of Trustee Meetings and the day to day issues. Over the years I have gained practical and theoretical knowledge in this field.I pride myself of on being a dedicated and invested employee who takes extra care in client services and satisfaction. I believe that going the extra mile is conducive to building good, trustworthy relationships both within the organisation and externally as it pertains to clients. Working with people is both satisfying and inspiring to me.Professionally, I am driven by growth and learning opportunities within the sector.

Pros: I pride myself not only to do what is expected of me but investigate and understand exactly what it is that i am doing before just doing the function at hand. I take pride in what I do and committing to my work.
Cons: I do not hesitate to put in extra hours were this is needed.

Working on Everest system at the moment

I'm on a contract at the moment until end of September and will be happy if I'm employed permanent there after all the experience Lear ed there, I be enjoyed every moment enjoying
