Work from 7 am to 4 pm. I believe you have to have a very good relationship with all work colleagues. I have always been lucky that my personality has been of such that I have always had good relationships with my co-workers and my piers. I am a good learner and believe that a person is never too old to learn new things. I enjoy talking to people and getting to know them. I believe that a person in a leadership roll should have people skills. If you do not have people skills, you should not be in a leader position. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my animals and working in my garden. The most challenging aspects of the job is working with people different kind of people and getting to trust them. Trust is earned. This works both ways, employee to employer, leader to follower. If there is no trust it is hard to work under those circumstances.

Pros: I trust that I will always work hard and have the opportunity for promotion. I have been lucky in previous employment where I have always been promoted due to hard work.
Cons: Leadership was non existant

Excellent learning curve

Work from 7am to 4pm in a busy working environment and sometimes taking work home or working overtime if required. My relationship with my co-workers is excellent. I have learnt that every day is a new learning experience. I enjoy learning new things and taking on challenges The most challenging aspect of the job is working with different people and sorting out what they need and what a system can do for them.

Cons: Some managers are not able to work with people

Excellent learning curve, highly motivating

Work from 7am to 4pm Good working relationship with co-workers I have learnt that you have to be a peoples person in order to work with people. You need to be able to learn to listen to people. I enjoy working with people. Everybody is different. I also enjoy solving problems. Everyday is different and everyday has it's own challenges. I enjoy a challenge. The most challenging aspect of the job is working with different cultures. You must be aware of what you say and do.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion and learning new things every day
Cons: Not everyone knows how to work with people
