Allways room for growth

All round great experiences

This is an innovative company, we sell a product that is conceptualized in-house and tailored to the clients' needs. The high risk environment makes it challenging, but the upside is that there are always opportunities for learning and improvement. The culture is based on sound principles like trust; engagement, winning and empowerment. This organisation has the potential to become a global leader in its field.

Good learning curve and skills development.

I have learnt alot in the time I've worked at Nautic. My skills have developed alot,eg welding, cutting, machine operating etc. The only problem I have is that in the three years I've worked here, i have not been made permanent. Instead, I've been going from 3 month contract to three month contract. So there is no job security. I have a great relationship with my co-workers and management. I would regard myself a great team player.

Pros: The company is very close to home, so I cycle to work.
Cons: I see no opportunity for a promotion. There is no job security.

Willingness to learn and grow

Exellent in engineering drawings and fabricating all structures

I am a young qualified boilermaker who is required to finish up his job on time and first time right ,at nautic africa I was required to fabricate all kinds of ships stating from hull , side shells moving up to the deck and hand rails together with pipe work on the engine rooms for all kinds of fluids . So I trust my self because I excel in all the tasks that are signed upon me and I do all the best that can lift up the company's caption higher and also prove out my skills because I dont do boilermaking I leave it .
