Excellent experience gained

I have gained a whole lot of experience working at my current company. Nothing is ever as easy as you think, because there's always a kink in the cable. A work day would be planned and set out in your diary, the moment you walk into the office, there would be 3 other things that needs to be done urgently. Relationships with co-workers - we work as a team and we offer help where needed. Working at Nativa you have the opportunity to learn so many new skills. If you show Management that you willing, there's no doubt that you will know a lot more. In my position as an Accounts Payable Supervisor, I have challenges every day. I manage a driver as well as a Maintenance worker.

Pros: Opportunities do arise from time to time for promotion.
Cons: No cons to discuss

It is challenging and have growth

I'm a hard worker, a problem solver and a team player. I love challenge and I can work under pressure. I have time management. I can also work independently.

Pros: A great opportunity growth. I have worked very well with my team and still do
Cons: The longest hours I have worked a day is nine hours
