Good day, Herewith my attached Curriculum Vitae of Pulane Mpotle. The reason why I think am suitable for this post is because I have worked for the company before so I know what are the values. Am also very familiar with customer service and being professional. Working in 5* hotels I have experience a lot an I have learned a lot about different cultures. I have done reception and reservations. As for this moment am currently employed at National Security and Fire asa technical Coordinator and I have learned a lot about the importance off delivering service to clients especially if one has paid for it...I have manage to ta instructions over the phone and have done quotes. I am a quick learner and enjoy a challenge

Everyday was a different experience, working in Credit Control department was very challenging, on a daily basis I had to call clients requesting payments, I had to deal with various personalities, I was also given various deadline tasks to complete, it is also important to have an understanding with the various departments in the company so that the work flow does not interfere with the collection process, therefore it is extremely important to have a work relationship with co-workers, I have learnt that you can not be emotional and negative when working in the Finance department, I enjoy the fact that everyday is a challenge, it is very difficult in most cases to ask a client to pay an outstanding balance, it is important not to be rude but be assertive.

Pros: I believe if you are dedicated and hard working and deserve a promotion it would be great.
Cons: Part of your dedication is to put in your working hours and also if after hours is requested that should not become a issue.

Excellent learning curve and there was growth as well so I learned so much

I was working long 12hours a day but at the end of the day I've learned so much..the most enjoyable days was when I 've assisted the client so well that at the end of our conversation she wil ask my name again and appreciate my work,then next time she/he ask for me again to help

Good management skills

Breathalyzing all drivers before entering the premises Search all cars and trucks before entering the premises Recording name and vehicles of all external drivers entering the premises. Speed monitoring. Protect property and lives by patrolling the area. Guard against theft and maintain security -top suspicious people and ask for identification. Call for aid if necessary. Reporting unusual occurrences to the manager I have good relationship with all the co-workers from all the teams as I am also the acting supervisor. I have learned to work with different people and attitudes.

How to do multiline

Working at National security was a very joyful company to working in the passed two considering that I come from a debit collection back growed I have learned a interms of being a credit controller. Am a team player and always willing to learn from other people.

Good experience

the reporting is good, as the supervisor would load the workload on the speed sheet on monthly basics and one has to give feedback we are working together as a team, its easy to ask for assistance were necessary the meeting are informative and are grooming a person

Pros: great enviroment to share ideas
Cons: no salary increase
