Pros: Great opportunity to learn and grow within the organization
Cons: It's very challenging long hours we are working. Specially with not enough off days.however, I am quickly to adapt and over come the situation.

Learning experience

I attend to electrical breakdowns in the plant and do inspections I've learned a lot from the coworkers Great multitude of people around you every day and enjoy working beside them

Excellent communication and team building

-Control quality of a baby diaper and packaging. -Team building and getting to know different people and background. -Good communication skills and to deal with vulnerable co workers. -To do the best I can in my job. -When you have to fight to with the production line leader about the good quality.

Seasoned operator

Easy to work with,helpful to my fellow co workers and a diligent hard worker who thrives under pressure thus finds challenges as an opportunity to learn therefore showing my skill and drive to succeed.A team player who meets targets and customer needs with a disciplined attitude towards my employers.I would be of great benefit when added to a team driven to create a better workplace.

Obtained knowledge of stocktaking procedures and Rebate management

A typical work day starts with stock recon, I am working with energetic and confident people that know and assist where and when needed. I have learned a lot about the rebate management department as well as stock taking procedures in the dispatch and raw materials. I am also part of the Health and Safety Committee and was nominated as the Safety co-coordinator. Internal Auditing is also part of my job title and I really enjoy being part of as much as I can. The most challenging part of my job is to make sure that the Health and Safety and stock counting procedures are all up to date and done correctly.

Pros: There is no oppertunity to grow as i would really like to become a qualified safety officer as this is my pation

I look at every challenge as an opportunity to learn and gain more experience

Ability to work with the team, coach and give training to my co-workers, ensure housing up to standard and it complies with 5S principle, I have a good experience in FMCG Plant, I enjoy working as a team and able solve problems on de production line and produce the best quality production.

The turning point of my career in a best way

To work at Narional Pride was the excellent move for my career. It is a good and conducive environment to at,I deal with breakdowns every day differently depending on the nature of problem at the time. I am a team player I work in the team of 15 artisans electrical and mechanical and I have good relationship with my seniors and the rest of the staff on the floor. I have learnt to multitask and the transformation to technician . I enjoy coming right every time I encounter a breakdown that brings a huge smile ro my heart. the most challenging aspect of my job is run out of ideas during breakdown but coming right at last.
