EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMER

I am operating as the compliance and Corporate governance manager and Company Secretary. I am a renowned executive member for more that 5 years. I developed and established the compliance and governance unit at RAL and NMISA and the two organizations proved to be the changing in the right direction.

Pros: I am realy at the pick of the ladder and report to both the Board and Ceo
Cons: I really determine my operating programme and my Board meetings are on a n annual pre arranged dates and times.
