Every day is special

I typicaly strat work form 8:00am till $:30pm. My work is challenging and fun at times because i work with end users and thrid parties. new projects are always exciting and i always have the opportunity to learn and advance mmyself. our team is very close , we normaly have weekly meetings were we update eac other of the weekly progress and what we planning ahed. Honestly speaking ther hasnt been any conflict between us however ther willbe little issues that we have to resolved. I enejoy troubleshooting and finding solutions among the eam, and i think my team mates relys on me since that is m strength and also analysing repots. the most challenging thing is the interaction with end users, mostly when there is a issue that stops the rpodution or slows down the production of the company thats hwen its really stressful.

Cons: No privacy, open space

Work

I manage the ethics management function at the organization. I conduct ethics awareness sessions to all regions and divisions. I continuously research on ethics initiatives and i have introduced monthly ethics messages that are sent to all staff in the organization. On my typical work day i check the cases that came through the hot line and coordinate the necessary interventions. I relate well with all my colleagues and i constantly give advise on ethics issues. I have learnt to be through and diligent in my work and enjoy doing presentations. The most challenging part is dealing with push backs when trying to drive the message.

Cons: Dealing with emotional and difficult employees

I have good writting skills, good communication skills I am able to work under pressure

I have a B Tech Degree in Policing, Certificate in Criminal Justice, Certificate in Forensic Investigation Management and Certificate in Fraud Examination. I am currently in a process of writing my ACFE exam and I also have an ACFE Local and International membership.

Pros: Able to solve puzzlesThrough excellency the my work I was able to have successful cases against non-compliant builders.During the time I have worked as a professional investigator, I have had the opportunity to work in different areas including ,the Health Care industry, Retail, Insurance, Building Regulatory Industry in the Public and Private sector.
Cons: Compramising my time resolve complicated matters
