Knowing the whole western cape

It's a good company and good mananger,good working team,but there are no benefits in this company ,and we sometimes go inside the freezer to pull out stock,so sometimes it's dangerous for my health,I wish i could get a better job,cause also I cant support my family enough ,but I have also gain a lot of nkowing the whole western cape province , I have also lern how to speak to clients,how to solve problems with customers,time was the most challenging thing in most og our clients if they want their stock at 10 Am u must be there the exact time ,sometimes u need to communicate with your controller if u are running late

Pros: There was no chance for promotions since only higher education people are to be promoted in this company
Cons: Working from 7Am until 4:30 pm

It's a great opportunity to get lab experience

It is a great opportunity, I want to get into my field of study. I studied microbiology and biochemistry and I am currently studying towards my honours in microbiology. I am very strong from an administrative side, having done administration for an electrical engineering company for 8 years, I also have acompketed a short course in Payroll and Tax Administration. Based on these qualities, I know I am a great candidate for the advertised position.

Cons: Long working hours

Poor working conditions

This job taught me that a salary is not as important as ones own health. It was a disappointing company to work for that did not allow you to explore new ideas for growth. The people that I worked with were fantastic at what they did but were left very frustrated, It was like being in a school class that you could not speak until you were told to. If I wanted to be a boss then this position would have been great but to be a manager and help people expand their knowledge and skills then this job was definitely not what I was looking for .

Pros: A monthly salary
Cons: Exploitation, Zero growth
