Excellent learning experience, working independently and making decisions
It is a good experience because on a typical day you will have your own to do list, however due to the nature of the job I will get phone calls for unlocking employees from ESS, benefirt satements and also leave calculations. My relationship with co-workers is very good because they depend on me with a whole lot of thinks so I can not afford to be unapproachable. I have learnt that listerning is very importnat and also asking questions so that you make sure that you understand exactly what is expected of you. What I enjoy most with my job is when I do not get any comebacks after I have processed payments as I measure myself with that. The most challenging aspects with my job is when I did not get information on time to enable me to process salaries and other people are compromised even though it is not their fault.

Excellent learning experience, working independently and making decisions
My day starts with me checking my to do list from previous day and my monthly to do list deopending on the date of the month. My relationship with my colleagues is very godd because we work as a team and we also share ideas to ensure that our customers e.g other departments get assistance from us all the time if there is a need. I have learned that one should not assume or have perceptions with anything but ask questions and also learn to listern rather than do the talking all the time, also no idea is a bad idea because one has to weigh the pros and cons. I enjoy it when there are no come backs after I have submitted my work, also after I have trained people seing them being independant after that it makes me feel like I am a good instructure. The most challenging aspect is when line managers do not want to take ownership and responsility, especially in things that affect their units instead they want to blame somebody.

Excellent learning experience, working independently and making decisions
My day changes all the time because I work with people's leave, benefits, and salaries. Ensure that even if I have priorities I jot them down so that I work on them even though time and again there will be people needing my assistance my priorities are at the end of the day done an scheduled even if it means I must knock off late. My relationship with co-workers is very good as we assist each other when it comes to every body sections and also that we share information in order to assist each other when there are queries. also do not underestimate what other people think and the way they view things ensuring that at the end of the day they understand what is been brought across in a case of training people they are able to apply exactly what they have been taught, it makes me feel like a winner as they will be applying the theory. People who don’t respect or meet deadlines.

Time for change & growth
Great idea knowing you are assistimg civil societies and being part of a bivger picture of eradicating poverty and capacitating civil society members. Downside, is at time reporting lines, where people who are not executives, managers or supervisors do get excluded in monthly yearly meetings and some information is not filtered down. Some great internal clients to work with while others may stress you out. Audit times are challenging but people pull in to see RFI's sorted within 2business days. Culture: not a healthy work culture, especially for growth and people with skills that could come in handy, who may be in a different unit or same unit are not fully utelised.
Pros: Assisting communities & capacitating civil societies and boosting Co-ops
Cons: Low morale, not a good culture

I have grown a lot in my career
I have developed skills in digital marketing, crisis communication and risk management, strategy formulation, social media and marketing 3.0 to deal with the digital landscape. I am confident individual who has excellent public speaking skills, excellent writing skills, critical thinking and active problem solving skills. I enjoy being part of a team and giving my input to make the team successful. I am adept at self-management as well as managing up, with a strong sense of integrity and purpose with good leadership qualities. I am able to adapt easily and in the past three years have been exposed to complex business and communication challenges and was able to deliver on all that is expected of me.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn and travel throughout South Africa
