Enjoyed working here and learned a lot during the period

I enjoyed working at current company as I got exposed to many challenges as my responsibilities changed from time to time, from Deputy Director to Acting Director for 18 months. I enjoyed working in teams and leading a team (s). One project I worked on required team work and demanded flexibility in a leader and or team worker. The success of that project has always been a barometer of how well our teams worked every year and we always came up tops. I have learnt to be more focused on the goal and pursue it through the objectives set. I enjoyed working in partnership with external stakeholders as they bring in fresh ideas and thoughts including creativity which might lack but most of all I enjoyed managing challenges that go with partnership management.

Pros: Opprotunities for growth both professional and career wise are not always available
Cons: The opportunities were not always managed fairly and the strategic direction of the organisation have at some point decame the discouraging element

Hardworker

My experience with working with HR is that you get to work with different charecters and personalities. My relationship with co-workers is very good because I am a very flexible person, I have learnt to master the rule " The customer is always right" and have tried to establish a good relationship. I enjoy everything about Hr you get to learn something new every dat

IT IS GREAT. WE GO PLACES AND LEARN NEW THING AND SEE NEW PLACES. EXPLORE FREE STATE. EYE OPENING. NEW ADVENTURES. GAIN WORK EXPERIENCE. TAUGHT ME MORE ABOUT TOURISM AND STARTING A BUSINESS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM. AND ATTRACTING TOURIST. NOT RUNNING AT LOSS.

Kneen on learning new things everyday

Good interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure, can also manage offices of the director. Have good verbal,communication,leadership and team work skills. Computer literate. I am good in socializing with other people.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
