Learning Experience and gaining practical work experience.

I provide administrative support to the office of the director. Offer support to monthly project task team meetings, related meetings and workshops. Compile and submit subsistence and travel claim promptly and compile and submit cell phone claims. My relationships with co-workers is based on good on team work and maintain good communication in order to complete our duties on time. I receive instructions and orders from my supervisors and do exactly what is required of me. I love my work very much and it is a learning curve for me.

Good working condition. Great institution to to work. Its great environment to learn and have hard working and dedicated professionals who knows what ais expected of them. I was trained by the professionals and haveat a very busy environment.

And also the experience in overseeing and reviewing financial policy and performing all financial administration activities. I have the desire to advance my career in financial management to the highest level and the ability to adapt and learn new things in a fast pace. Policy development, programme implementation and training

I develop policies and programme for orphans and vulnerable children. I work closed with the Provincial Departments of Social Development in order to ensure that the needs of orphans are met. I have good working relationship with colleagues and I have open line of communication with them. I have learnt about of child participation when it comes to addressing their needs.
