There is a lot i learn and even learn how to manage people

The work its very challenging having to put extra effort, especially in the last week of the month as there are top up allowance to be processed and during the month you have to do site visits which gives you a chance to see the lifestyles of different youth when they don't have adult monitoring

Pros: get the opportunity to explore new things from other departments, e.g Human Resource Management and Supply Chain
Cons: long working hours with over time
