This is ideal for me given my enthusiasm for Human Resources Management, my related qualification and experience. I also have advance Microsoft Excel knowledge and I am coming with strong educational training, which is well comprehensive. Referring to my CV, my career extends over a wide variety of fields in Human Resources Management for over 9 years to date. My continuous interaction with deferent experts in the Human Resources Management field e.g. Human Resources Planning and Recruitment, Human Resources Administration, Human Resources Development, Youth Development, Labour Relations, Human Resources Organisational Development, all the above represent me as being well qualified in number of Human Resources Management fields with vast experience performing various duties in different roles. It provides me with knowledge and expertise to do well in this position. The opportunity to take up the position will be of a great appreciation to me.
Pros: The experience i gained wth the national department of public works has prepared me to can take any senior position in any organisation

Excellent learning atmosphere of the property industry as a whole as a major stakeholder.
> day to day activities includes, planning meeting for the day, > ensure that all inquiries for the day are attended to >attend to supply management requirements e.g compiling of tenders for adverts >payments of account and doing reconciliations >attend to inspection of properties >provide reports as and when required >attend to contract management issues. From this environment i learnt the meaning of working as a team for the success of the whole unit. The exciting part of this job is the exposure and the knowledge that the job gave me of the industry. The most challenging aspect of this job is to ensure that compliance to OHSA Act and industry standards is adhered to as other suppliers will usually circumvent and not comply to the provisions of the Act and other prescripts.
Pros: Great opportunity for progression as a result of the skills and expirience acquired, as my empolyer is a major stakeholder in the property market
Cons: The huge numbers of properties administered through out the province of KZN.

• Preparing estimates and using cost data. • Undertaking financial feasibility studies and comparative design studies. • Cost checking during design development. • Preparing and applying cost-in –use studies; life cycle costing. • Cost control and reporting during pre-contract period. • Preparing bills of quantities for main or sub-contracts or contracts of supply including the measurements and description of work and drafting of preliminaries, preambles and contract conditions. • Preparing bills of measurements for final accounts if measured from drawings. • Preparing specifications and/or schedule of rates. • Advising on selection of tenders; evaluation and reporting on tenders. • Preparing tenders including compilation of rates for work and preliminaries. • Advising contractors or contracts supply on cost during progress of work.

EXcellent Learning Curve
Good Day I had a very good experience with my mentor and my boss.I have learned a lot. Developed numerous skills. working at National Department of Public Works has made me realize my strength and weaknesses in the work place. I have learned that is imperative to be on time, be accountable for your mistakes, reconcile your work before is taken any further, be able to prioritize, work over time sometimes, resolve issues,teamwork and individually. The most challenges of the job is when there is so much pressure. When you have issues with one of the colleagues and it has to be resolved so that they can be productivity. When you have to know the strength and the weaknesses of your colleagues, mentor and my boss so that you can achieve the best outcome of the work as a team and as an individual. I enjoyed 95 percent of my job.I love working with numbers. I also enjoy the relationship I have with my mentor and my boss.
Pros: updated by the level we are as south africans interms of infrastructure and development
Cons: Very long procedures for the duty to be completed.Too much administration

Excellent learning curve
Every work day feels like I am at home when I am at National Department of Public Works, I enjoy working for this company. My relationship with the co-workers is excellent, there is never a dull moment with them. With this company i have learnt how to deal with working under pressure, and how to avoid having conflicts with the other employees at work. What I enjoy most about being at the National Department of Public works is that our employers do not like to see us in the same position, the want upgrade in our lives with regards to education and growth in general. The most challenging aspect of the job is when it comes to data capturing, contractors report very late and there is no way one can capture without the Labour reports. It is as if you are not doing your job, but it is the contractors that delay our work.
Pros: Great opprtunity for working
Cons: Employers do not want to release the stuff early when there is strike around the CBD

It is a great opportunity to get experience
It is a good opportunity to work at my current work place. We work for different government departments. I have been outsourced to private companies to get experience. Therefore, I have experience on both public and private sector.

Cons: Salary is little

Job Description related to the Position
PERSONAL ASSISTANT • Provides a secretarial/receptionist support service to the manager • Renders administrative support services. • Provides support to manager regarding meetings • Supports the manager with the administration of the Manager’s budget • Studies the relevant Public Service and Departmental prescripts/policies and other documents and ensure that the application thereof is understood properly
Pros: The work is time consuming and the office of the Regional Manager should be opperational all the time even during lunch time.
Cons: Colleagues are not always supportive in terms of reporting or responding to queries.

I enjoy litigation and drafting
this is a challenging environment due to continuous changes in law and the way of operation. the corporate culture is wonderful with people who are open and willing to learn from others. the team work spirit is very high. You turn to develop strong interpersonal skills.

Excellence Learning and good in adpting environment
Excellence in learning and good in adpting the environment , good communication with the client , good communication skills , enable to work under pressure , enable to work over time when is needed Ability to coplite task before service level agree for the task to be done . Team player and enable to communicate with the team from all IT industry ,eg from the server side to the network and the developer side working hand in hand with them to keep the client sertisfy

Cons: Able to handle agree users
