Executive Summary of my experience

➢ Coordinate the procurement plan and monitor performance against set targets ➢ Implementation of the BEE targets and code of good practice ➢ Implementation and monitor compliance to SCM Policy, Procedures, Processes and systems of Internal Controls ➢ Chairperson and secretary to bid specification, evaluation and adjudication committee above R500 000 ➢ Drafting of Terms of Reference (ToR), Evaluation and Adjudication of bids less and quotes less than R500 000 and advice on bids in line with the Treasury prescripts. ➢ Contract negotiation and contract management ➢ Conducting market research and developing and implementation of sourcing strategy ➢ Management and implication of Strategic, Business and Operational Plan
