Learning Opportunities

I have learnt and grown so much. There is no discrimination. The environment is so welcoming and warm. Hardest part of my work is to keep the communication flow going between departments. This is a major flaw in our company. Company cultures are so cool. It is a great company and has exciting products.

Learning curve, could be better if management had better skills but even though I'm learning alit

It was great for a while until floor manager called us useless people no one with management sills will say such about other people. Learning and g and groming existing employee you should rather go us on tht than to hire all the time
